  • "Katie helped give me the confidence to get back into a personal care routine. I always look forward to my weekly yoga sessions with a side of mom talk."

  • "I really enjoyed yoga with Katie! She was easy-going and flexible, which made each class feel tailored to the participants and the needs of their little ones. It was a great way to ease back into movement after having my first child."

    A.L.

  • "Katie's Prenatal Yoga class kept me sane during my pregnancy! I highly recommend her services. Prenatal Yoga was a chance for me to get exercise specific to what my body needed at the time and also a chance to meet other expecting mothers. Katie also offers a Yoga for Birth Prep Workshop which I would recommend to all moms to be as well. The workshop offered ideas to take home and I was able to do pregnancy safe stretches and yoga at home."

    J.B.

  • "I absolutely loved Katie's Prenatal yoga class. I frequently had discomfort throughout my pregnancy and found her class to be the best way to manage my pain and discomfort. It was always a time that I could count on moving in a functional way that felt good for my growing and changing body. The class always had a group of great expecting moms and Katie always fostered such a supportive community among us. I highly recommend Katie's prenatal class for any expecting mother!"

  • "Prenatal yoga with Katie might have been one of the best things I did for my own health during my pregnancy. Not only did I feel strong and ready for delivery but I got to join a community of people preparing for the same thing. Katie is fabulous, so welcoming and both baby and I have enjoyed going to postnatal yoga. We're looking forward to toddler yoga too!"

  • You are welcome to join at any point in your pregnancy. It is never too soon to start taking time to connect with your body and care for you. Class sizes are small and I provide modifications for any pregnancy symptoms you may be experiencing.

Starting early on in your pregnancy also allows you to connect with others who are pregnant and start to find a community, in what can sometimes be an isolating time.

  • You are welcome to come whenever you are comfortable. There is no age requirement for your baby. I just ask that your OB has cleared you to return to activity.

  • Class is designed to be accessible regardless of your exercise background. As a perinatal exercise specialist and a physical therapist, my goal is always to support you where you are.

  • Baby and Me Yoga is all about learning to care for yourself AND your baby at the same time. Everyone there is also a parent (including me!) and you will find nothing but understanding and support.
